I also have proven experience in assisting organizations leveraging data for the purposes of growing revenues. I pride myself on my confident proficiency in data transformation and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx Designer, QlikSense, and Tableau Visualization Software, and am highly accomplished in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Project, Outlook, and Word, in addition to others such as Adobe Photoshop, HTML, PeopleSoft, and SalesForce. I am a highly skilled in ERM applications such as SAP and SAP-BW.
Finally, I possess proficient skills in CRM applications and in managing Customer Satisfaction, Loyalty Programs and Net Promoter Score.
